Lake Stevens Evening Paddle

Six paddlers enjoyed a nice warm paddle around Lake Stevens.  We saw various wildlife including bald eagles, ducks, jetskiers and wakeboarders.  We negotiated both natural and man-made swells. Remarkably (or perhaps not...), the water was very clear and we could see the bottom in many areas.  We had views of Mt. Baker to the north and Mt. Pilchuck to the east. If you look closely at the picture below, you can see the sun reflecting off Mt. Pilchuck’s look-out.
